Through international cinema, he discovered his passion for storytelling—drawn to films that challenge, resonate, and leave a lasting emotional impact. He strives to create narratives that connect with audiences on a deeply visceral level, just as cinema once did for him.

As the producer of Under Seventh Heaven, I am glad to offer my administrative skills as well as my disposition for consistent and open communication. I have graduated from San Diego State with a B.S. in Film, Television, and New Media with an emphasis in production. I specialize in producing and have an unconventional passion for alleviating the workloads of my colleagues.

Mauricio Rivera

Cinematographer

Mauricio Rivera is a Mexican-American filmmaker, director editor and cinematographer. He is a senior Television, Film and New Media graduating from San Diego State University. As a member of Cine Vista, Mauricio is dedicated to crafting visually compelling and emotionally resonant stories. His passion for filmmaking is reflected in his work on Under Seventh Heaven, where he strives to bring a unique style and perspective to every frame.

Rachel Fogarty

Production Designer

Rachel Fogarty is a filmmaker, writer, and multimedia artist originally from Chicago, Illinois. She is a senior graduating from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Television, Film, and New Media Production. Rachel has merged her passion for film and visual art through her work in Production Design and Art Direction. She is thrilled to be part of the Under Seventh Heaven team and excited to share the vibrant visual world created around this powerful story.
